Whether you're just starting out or looking to upgrade, QSP gives you the full Qashier experience without the heavy upfront cost.
The Qashier Support Package is open to all businesses registered under Malaysia’s SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia). Whether you’re a first-time owner, opening your second outlet, or switching from another POS, you can apply as long as your business is SSM-registered.
You can save up to RM4,000 on your POS system when you sign up through the Qashier Support Package. Choose from 2-year or LIFETIME bundles that include your POS terminal, QashierPay payment terminal, software access, cash drawer, and more—at one affordable price.
Each Qashier Support Package includes your POS terminal (QashierX2 or QashierXL SLIM), QashierPay integrated payment terminal, the Essential software licence (Lifetime or 2-Year), a free cash drawer, and local customer support. You can also upgrade to the Growth plan anytime by topping up RM2,000.
Yes, QashierPay is integrated with every Qashier Support Package. This means you’ll be able to accept credit cards, DuitNow QR, and e-wallets like GrabPay, Boost, and more—straight out of the box.
No. To support your growth with one true integrated POS and pay solution, QashierPay comes integrated as part of every Qashier Support Package.
Just fill in the application form on our website. Our team will verify your details, assist with the necessary KYC documents for payment terminal setup, and guide you through the next steps. Once approved, you’ll receive your Qashier package shortly after completing payment.
Our QSP's LIFETIME* software License is available for those who meet the following criteria:
Registered under Malaysia's SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia)
Enroll in any Qashier POS and payment Essential subscription bundle package
Consistently achieve annual transaction volume above RM100,000 processed with our Qashier payment terminal. (Speak to our Qashier experts for Lifetime deals available.)
Regrettably, the existing QSP structure solely accommodates our new merchants. Nonetheless, we are always reassessing our strategies to encompass the requirements of our existing merchants as well.
Our team is fully dedicated in ensuring you have the best onboarding and local support to get your business going with Qashier. In the event you find it not suitable, the refund policy applies within 14 days from the deployment date OR 30 days from the date of payment, whichever is earlier, subject to the condition of the terminal.
