Our QSP's FREE software renewal plan is available for those who meet the following criteria:
The FREE software renewal plan is exclusively available for the Essential plan. For Growth plan subscribers, there is a potential waiver of up to 50% on the annual software plan subscription fee under the QSP.
Our QSP is designed to suit businesses of all scales. We've developed several options for subscription plan waivers to meet various business needs:
*For annual transaction volume less than RM300,000, the software plan waiver will not be eligible.
The QSP is open for applications until 31 October 2023. Nevertheless, we'll continuously assess our packages to ensure more SMEs can benefit in the near future.
Absolutely! Our QSP extends to our QashierX1 smart POS terminal as well! The QashierX1 bundle package under QSP includes an extra QashierPay payment terminal at an upfront cost of RM2,798 (a savings of RM2278). This package is also eligible for the FREE software renewals, with options provided in the previous questions.
Regrettably, the existing QSP structure solely accommodates our new merchants. Nonetheless, we are always reassessing our strategies to encompass the requirements of our existing merchants as well.
Our team is fully dedicated in ensuring you have the best onboarding and local support to get your business going with Qashier. In the event you find it not suitable, the refund policy applies within 14 days from the deployment date OR 30 days from the date of payment, whichever is earlier, subject to the condition of the terminal.
