Absolutely! Our QSP extends to our QashierX1 smart POS terminal as well! The QashierX1 bundle package under QSP includes an extra QashierPay payment terminal at an upfront cost of RM2,898 (a savings of RM2,178). This package is also eligible for the FREE software renewals, with options provided in the previous questions.
Regrettably, the existing QSP structure solely accommodates our new merchants. Nonetheless, we are always reassessing our strategies to encompass the requirements of our existing merchants as well.
Our team is fully dedicated in ensuring you have the best onboarding and local support to get your business going with Qashier. In the event you find it not suitable, the refund policy applies within 14 days from the deployment date OR 30 days from the date of payment, whichever is earlier, subject to the condition of the terminal.
