  1. At Qashier, we strive to onboard our local merchants within 3 business days for our QashierPay payment terminal subject to the proper documentation and approval process.
  2. The collection or delivery of the QashierPay terminal is subject to the approval of the application.
  3. If your application is rejected, a full refund will be arranged in accordance with Qashier’s Refund and Return Policy.

  5. Qashier reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be updated on this page immediately. Frequently Asked Questions

To expedite your application process, please make sure you submit full set of supporting documents and fill up the QashierPay application form with all the required information. 

You will go through the following steps for the application and payments onboarding process:

  1. After completing your purchase, a Qashier representative will contact you to brief and support you throughout the onboarding process.
  2. Prepare and submit the required supporting documents.
  3. Wait for document verification and approval, which usually takes 3-5 business days. However, any rejected submissions may cause further delays in the process.
  4. Once your application is approved, Qashier will arrange for a QashierPay terminal to deliver to your doorstep.

For businesses with premises & store signboard:

  1. Full Set SSM Documents/Business License

  2. Photocopy of Director NRIC (All Directors)
  3. Bank Statement (Latest 3 Month)

  4. Photos of signboard/ external and interior premises/ products

For businesses without premises or store signboard (eg: shared office, home-based):

  1.  Tenancy agreement, or
  2. Utility Bill, or
  3. Supplier Invoice, or
  4. Customer Invoice, or
  5. DBKL license/Local , or
  6. Council merchant selfie in the premises (Home base only)
