Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Qashier is a daily subscription you can cancel any time. If you choose to add the QashierX2 terminal at $1 a day, it becomes yours after two years, and if you pay two years upfront the terminal is included from day one.
What happens on a day with zero takings?
Nothing bounces and nothing is charged to a card. The day's deduction simply carries over and is collected from your next settlement, so quiet days never create a payment problem.
Do I really get every feature for $5 a day?
Yes. One price includes the full POS, table and QR ordering, kitchen display, GrabFood and foodpanda integration, Treats loyalty, automated marketing, online ordering at 0% commission, bookings, invoices, GTO submission and accounting integrations. There is no add-on catalogue.
What if I already have my own hardware?
Then Qashier is just $5/day on the device you own. The QashierX2 terminal is an optional $1/day extra with nothing upfront, and it becomes yours in two years.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices shown exclude GST. Card processing rates are quoted separately and shown transparently before you sign up.
