Questions about Crew.
How much does Crew cost?
Crew is included in the Qashier plan ($5 a day) and Enterprise plans at no additional cost.
Who can use Crew?
Merchants on the Qashier plan or Enterprise plans in Singapore, on web in QashierHQ and in the Qashier app on iOS and Android. Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines follow in November. QashierGM itself is available to all Qashier merchants.
Does QashierGM read all our messages?
No. QashierGM only sees conversations it's tagged into. It joins when someone tags @GM, and never reads the rest of your chats.
Can owners read staff direct messages?
No. Direct messages are private to the people in them. Group chats and announcements are visible to their members, with read receipts so everyone knows a message has been seen.
Which languages does Crew support?
Your team can chat, and ask QashierGM, in all major languages, including English, Mandarin Chinese, Malay and Thai.
Can my staff change prices or send invoices through GM?
Only if their role allows it. GM acts with the permissions of whoever tagged it. Anything beyond that goes to a manager or the owner to approve in the chat.
What happens to chats when a staff member leaves?
When you remove them from Qashier, they lose access to Crew and your business chats.
How do I start?
Open the Qashier app, tap Crew, and invite your team. Staff use the same Qashier accounts they already have.
