Qashier was founded in 2019 with the mission to champion the growth and success of small and medium-sized businesses. We continuously listen to the needs of our merchants to improve every aspect of our solution – both the hardware and software. 

We do so to empower businesses like yours to thrive in the evolving digital economy. On 25 July 2023, we launched the Qashier Support Package for SMEs (QSP) in Singapore to support this growth.

We’ve designed the QSP pricing model to remain affordable for companies to equip themselves with the right tools. QSP empowers all Singapore-registered businesses to qualify for up to 53% sponsorship via our QSP packages, complete with Point-of-sale and payment acceptance hardware, software and the 7-day-a-week local support that we pride ourselves on.

  • The Qashier Support Package (QSP) is a sponsorship program that offers a direct subsidy off of the purchase price of each package. There are no restrictions to the number of packages a business can purchase or their eligibility in terms of annual revenue or local directorship. 
  • All Singapore-registered businesses are welcome!
  • Yes, QashierPay comes integrated with every QSP. You will have a seamless payment solution to streamline, digitalise, and process cashless payments.
  • No. To support your growth with one true integrated POS and pay solution, QashierPay comes integrated as part of every QSP bundle.

Our QSP's FREE software renewal is available for those who meet the following criteria: 

  • For Essential plan renewals - Process an average annual transaction volume above SGD150,000 through QashierPay.
  • For Growth plan renewals - Process an average annual transaction volume above SGD750,000 through QashierPay.

The QSP sponsorship is available until 31 Dec 2023.

Yes, the QSP package sponsorship is available to new and current Qashier merchants. Speak to us to find out more.

Our team is fully dedicated to ensuring you have the best onboarding and local support to get your business going with Qashier. In the event you find it unsuitable for your business operations, the refund policy applies within 14 days from the deployment date OR 30 days from the date of payment, whichever is earlier, subject to the condition of hardware and the Qashier smart POS terminal.
