Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion

1.1 The NDP61 promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Qashier Pte Ltd (“Qashier”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

1.2 Under the Promotion, an eligible merchant may purchase the QashierPay Soundbox terminal (the “Soundbox”) at the promotional price of S$61 per unit, in place of the usual retail price of S$149 per unit.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are published at https://qashier.com/sg/ndp61-terms-conditions/ and are the terms referred to in all NDP61 campaign communications.

1.4 By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Qashier Soundbox Terms and Conditions at https://qashier.com/sg/ndp61-terms-conditions/, the Qashier Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any other agreement governing your use of Qashier products and services. Where there is any inconsistency in relation to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion runs from 3 August 2026, 00:00 hours (SGT) to 9 August 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT) (the “Promotion Period”).

2.2 The promotion code NDP61 will cease to function at the close of the Promotion Period. Orders that are not completed within the Promotion Period will be charged at the prevailing retail price.

2.3 The Promotion is a one time offer. Qashier does not intend to extend, repeat or reinstate it, and reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier if stocks are exhausted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 This promotion is valid exclusively for new Qashier merchants who have not previously registered or held an active Qashier merchant account. Existing and previously registered Qashier merchants are not eligible to participate in or redeem this promotion. Qashier reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify, withhold, or reclaim any promotional benefit granted to a merchant found to be ineligible.

3.2 In addition to clause 3.1, a participant must:

• be a business registered in Singapore with a valid UEN and operating in Singapore;
• be at least 18 years of age and duly authorised to act for the business;
• complete the online sign up process at https://hq.qashier.com/startup/business;
• successfully complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and any related onboarding, screening and due diligence checks to Qashier’s satisfaction; and
• apply the promotion code NDP61 at checkout within the Promotion Period.

3.3 Employees of Qashier and its related corporations, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3.4 Qashier may, at its sole discretion, treat multiple accounts, entities or outlets that are under common ownership or control as a single merchant for the purpose of determining eligibility.

4. Online Exclusive and How to Redeem

4.1 This Promotion is an online exclusive. It is available only through the online sign up and checkout flow at https://hq.qashier.com/startup/business, and cannot be redeemed in store, over the telephone, by email, through a sales representative, reseller, distributor, agent or any other offline or third party channel. Orders placed through any channel other than the online checkout will not qualify for the promotional price, and the promotion code NDP61 cannot be applied to them.

4.2 To redeem the Promotion:

• Visit https://hq.qashier.com/startup/business
• Complete the sign up process
• Complete your KYC verification
• Select the Soundbox terminal
• Apply promotion code NDP61 at checkout

4.3 The promotional price applies only where the code is correctly applied before the order is submitted. Qashier is not obliged to apply the code, issue a refund or adjust an invoice retrospectively where the code was not applied at checkout.

5. Availability and Exclusions

5.1 There is no limit on the number of Soundbox terminals an eligible merchant may purchase at the promotional price during the Promotion Period. The Promotion is available while stocks last, and Qashier may close the Promotion, cap quantities or place an order on backorder at any point once stocks are exhausted.

5.2 Where stock is insufficient to fulfil an order in full, Qashier may fulfil the order in part and refund the balance, or cancel and refund the order, at its discretion. Qashier is not liable for any loss arising from unavailability of stock.

5.3 The Promotion is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other product, and is not transferable or resaleable.

5.4 The Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, rebate, voucher, referral reward or promotional offer, unless expressly stated by Qashier in writing.

5.5 The promotional price covers the Soundbox terminal only. Delivery, accessories, add on hardware, third party charges and any other Qashier product or service are not included unless expressly stated.

5.6 The Promotion is offered by invitation to recipients of Qashier’s direct communications and is not advertised publicly. Sharing, publishing or distributing the code beyond the intended recipient may result in the code being voided.

6. Product, Fees and Service

6.1 The Soundbox is supplied with a twelve (12) month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, liquid ingress or normal wear and tear.

6.2 There is no monthly subscription fee for the Soundbox under this Promotion. Merchant discount rates (MDR) and other transaction related fees continue to apply in accordance with Qashier’s prevailing fee schedule, currently from 0.4 percent for PayNow up to 1.5 percent for cross border wallets. Fees are subject to change in accordance with the Merchant Terms of Service.

6.3 Payment method availability, voice announcement languages, T+1 settlement and other product features are provided on a best efforts basis and may vary depending on network connectivity, scheme rules, bank processing times, public holidays and third party providers. T+1 payout refers to the next business day and excludes weekends and Singapore public holidays.

6.4 Delivery timelines are estimates only. Qashier is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

6.5 Devices purchased under the Promotion are sold at a substantially discounted price and are non refundable and non returnable, except where a device is faulty on arrival or where a right of return applies under Singapore law.

7. Verification, Misuse and Reclaim

7.1 Qashier reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility and documentation of any participant at any time, before or after redemption.

7.2 Where Qashier reasonably determines that a participant is ineligible, has provided false, incomplete or misleading information, has created duplicate or artificial accounts, or has otherwise abused or attempted to abuse the Promotion, Qashier may, without liability:

• cancel or refuse the order;
• withhold or reverse the promotional benefit;
• invoice the participant for the difference between the promotional price and the prevailing retail price of S$149 for each device purchased;
• reclaim or require the return of the device or devices; and/or
• suspend or terminate the merchant account.

7.3 Qashier may also cancel an order where the merchant fails to complete KYC or does not pass onboarding, screening or risk checks.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Qashier Privacy Policy, and will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, onboarding, verification, compliance and, where consent has been given, marketing communications.

8.2 You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting Qashier.

9. General

9.1 Qashier reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Promotion, or to vary these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

9.2 All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.

9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qashier’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall not exceed the promotional price paid by the participant. Qashier shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business.

9.4 Qashier’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.5 A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of its terms.

9.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
