What are the qualifications for the 100% software plans waiver?
Our bundles 100% software plans waiver is available for those who meet the following criteria:
- Australian registered companies
- Enroll in any Qashier POS and payment Essential subscription bundle package
- Consistently achieve annual transaction volume exceeding AUD500,000 processed through our QashierPay solutions
Is the software plans waiver applicable to both the Essential and Growth plans?
Yes, the software plans waiver is available for both Essential and Growth plan subscribers. The former offers a potential waiver of up to 100%, while the latter offers a potential waiver of up to 25% on the annual software plan subscription fee.
What are the options for software plan waivers in Bundle Package?
Our Bundle is designed to suit businesses of all scales. We've developed several options for subscription plan waivers to meet various business needs:
- Above AUD750,000 annual transaction volume: Enjoy a 100% waiver on the Growth plan.
- Above AUD500,000 annual transaction volume: Enjoy a 100% waiver on the Essential plan.
- >AUD250,000 annual transaction volume: Enjoy a 20% waiver on the Growth plan.
- >AUD200,000 annual transaction volume: Enjoy a 25% waiver on the Essential plan.
*For annual transaction volumes less than AUD200,000, is not applicable to any software plans waiver.
What's the validity of the Bundle Package?
The Bundle Package is open for applications from 31 December 2023. Nevertheless, we'll continuously assess our packages to ensure more SMEs can benefit in the near future.
Is the Bundle Package also open to existing Qashier merchants?
Regrettably, the existing Bundle package structure solely accommodates our new merchants. Nonetheless, we are continually reassessing our strategies to encompass the requirements of our existing merchants as well.
Is there a return policy?
Our team is fully dedicated to ensuring you have the best onboarding and local support to get your business going with Qashier POS solutions. In the event you find it not suitable, refund policy applies within 14 days from deployment date OR 30 days from date of payment, whichever is earlier, subject to the terminal's condition.
