Bizfile extract dated within the last 6 months

NRIC or FIN of directors and owners
Anyone holding 25% or more of the business

Colour photo of government issued ID
NRIC (front and back) or passport photo page

Proof of business address
Tenancy agreement, utility bill, or shopfront photo
Compliance review usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Your terminal ships only after approval, and payment processing stays disabled until then.
Merchant agreement and privacy statement
Hardware and prepaid plans are paid at checkout. Payment processing on your terminal is enabled once compliance approves your account.
