Power adapter, which comes together with the original packaging of your Covered Device, is unable to charge the Covered Device’s battery or power up the Covered Equipment due to a factory defect. Qashier will exchange the power adapter for a replacement product that is new or refurbished and has been tested and passed Qashier’s functional requirements.

Swollen battery of your Covered Device which is not due to accidental damage. Qashier will exchange the terminal for a new replacement product that is new or refurbished and has been tested and passed Qashier’s functional requirements.

Flickering screen due to factory defect, not accidental damage, to either Primary Screen or Secondary Screen, or both Primary and Secondary Screen of your Covered Device. Qashier will exchange the terminal for a new replacement product that is new or refurbished and has been tested and passed Qashier’s functional requirements.

Dead pixels appear on the screen due to factory defect, not accidental damage, to either Primary Screen or Secondary Screen, or both Primary and Secondary Screen of your Covered Device. Qashier will exchange the terminal for a new replacement product that is new or refurbished and has been tested and passed Qashier’s functional requirements.

Primary Touchscreen Panel or Secondary Touchscreen Panel, or both Primary and Secondary Touchscreen Panels of your Covered Device are not responsive due to factory defect. Qashier is not responsible for any failures or delays in performing your claim, hardware inspection or hardware delivery process that are due to events outside of Qashier’s reasonable control.

Qashier may, at its discretion and solely to monitor the quality of Qashier’s response, record part or all of the calls between you and Qashier.

Qashier is not obligated to extend the coverage period of this Plan. If Qashier does offer to renew this Plan, Qashier will determine the price and terms.
