No, there is no expiry to the points the customers have earned.
Can the customers choose the amount of points they wish to redeem for a transaction?
Yes, the customers have the flexibility to choose the number of points they wish to redeem in a transaction.
I am currently on Qashier CRM. Can I use Qashier Treats?
No. Qashier Treats is currently not compatible with CRM. The migration of Qashier CRM to Treats is still under consideration.
Can merchants with multiple stores or merchants on chain store management use Qashier Treats?
Yes, it's possible. We recommend setting all your stores under the same client account.
I own a franchise store. Can I use Qashier Treats specifically for my store only?
No, franchise stores are not able to use Qashier Treats at the moment. We recommend using Qashier CRM for your franchise store.
Do customers have to log in to the web app every time they scan a QR code to claim points?
No, customers only need to sign up once. The web browser on their mobile phone is capable of remembering their login.
In what situations are customers required to re-login to their Treats account in the web app?
If the customer clears the cache on their mobile device, they will need to re-login.
