What is the difference between Qashier's Essential and Growth plans?
Qashier's Essential Plan gives you everything you need to run a growing business, from unlimited transactions to employee management, advanced discounts, and promotions. The Growth Plan unlocks even more: unlimited product listings, full CRM tools, sales and customer records, and access to advanced Qashier features, perfect for scaling operations and building your business empire.
Which Qashier software plan should I choose for my business?
If you're starting out or managing a lean team, the Essential Plan offers powerful tools to help you thrive. If you're running a high-volume business, managing multiple products or customers, or planning to scale fast, the Growth Plan is built for you. You can also start with Essential and upgrade anytime.
Can I subscribe to Qashier software without buying a Qashier terminal?
Yes. Qashier software can run on compatible Android tablets, so you can start using our POS features even without a Qashier SuperTerminal™. It's a great and affordable way to get started.
Are loyalty programs like Treats included in all plans?
Qashier Treats (our loyalty feature) is available as an add-on for both Essential and Growth plans. Just pay a small monthly fee to activate features like points-based rewards, cashback, Treats Explorer discovery map and Automated Marketing email campaigns.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Qashier plan when it's time to renew your subscription. Just reach out to our support team, and we'll help you switch to the plan that best fits your business needs.
What's the minimum subscription period?
You can choose from annual or 2-year plans, whichever works best for your budget and goals. Longer terms come with greater savings!
