Questions about Crew.

Crew will be included in your Qashier plan and Enterprise plans at no additional cost.

Crew is coming soon to merchants in Malaysia, on web in QashierHQ and in the Qashier app on iOS and Android. It is available in Singapore today.

No. QashierGM only sees conversations it's tagged into. It joins when someone tags @GM, and never reads the rest of your chats.

No. Direct messages are private to the people in them. Group chats and announcements are visible to their members, with read receipts so everyone knows a message has been seen.

Your team can chat, and ask QashierGM, in all major languages, including English, Mandarin Chinese, Malay and Thai.

Only if their role allows it. GM acts with the permissions of whoever tagged it. Anything beyond that goes to a manager or the owner to approve in the chat.

When you remove them from Qashier, they lose access to Crew and your business chats.

Open the Qashier app, tap Crew, and invite your team. Staff use the same Qashier accounts they already have.
