The work

One system for everything a merchant needs to run a shop.

Point of sale, payments, the back office and now an AI general manager, in one product on one login. 25,000+ shops in four countries run on it every day.

  • Point of sale

The till a shop opens and closes with: orders, inventory, staff, receipts, on our own terminals.

  • Payments

Built in-house, end to end: cards, QR and e-wallets in, payouts out. 20+ methods, four currencies.

  • Back office

Loyalty, bookings, automated marketing, lending: 50+ modules behind QashierHQ.

  • QashierGM

An AI general manager on top of all of it, working from the shop’s own data and acting only with the owner’s approval.

How we work

Real ownership. Few layers.

What that means day to day, and who it suits, so nothing surprises you in month two.

How teams run

  • Each team owns one company bet and the number behind it. Few handoffs.
  • Founders stay in the loop. No layers between you and them.
  • Disagreement goes on the record, not into a meeting.

Suits you if

You want breadth, not one narrow slice of one job.

You would rather own a number than a task list.

You write to think, and you can be talked out of your own idea.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do I apply?

Pick a role under Open roles to read the full description and apply. Applications go through careers-page.com, the hiring platform Qashier uses.

Which countries are you hiring in?

We have offices in Singapore, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), the Philippines (Metro Manila) and Thailand (Bangkok). Every role shows its office, and the filter on the role list shows what’s open in each country.

Can I meet the team before I decide?

Yes. Before you accept an offer, you’ll meet your hiring manager, and you can ask to speak with people on the team about what a week actually looks like. A good first question for your hiring manager: what would I own first?

How is pay decided?

Compensation is based on role, level and market benchmarks. Our talent team will discuss the applicable range early in the hiring process.

Are the benefits the same in every country?

Every office offers the benefits above, but the details follow each country’s plans and laws. We’ll tell you which benefits apply to your role.

How can I tell a job offer is really from Qashier?

We post open roles on this page and on careers-page.com/qashier, the hiring platform we use. Qashier never asks candidates to pay a fee, buy equipment, or share bank logins, passwords or one-time codes at any stage of hiring. If a message asks for any of these, it isn’t from us: don’t reply and don’t pay. In Singapore, you can check a suspicious message with the ScamShield Helpline (1799) or the ScamShield app. To report a job scam, contact ScamShield in Singapore, the CICC (1326) in the Philippines or the AOC (1441) in Thailand. If you’ve already paid or shared bank details, call your bank straight away, and in Malaysia also call the NSRC (997).

I don’t see a role that fits. What now?

New roles are added here as they open. Follow Qashier on LinkedIn for news about new roles.
