We are looking for a passionate individual to help scale up our growth and launch our business across multiple markets in Southeast Asia. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Regional Expansion is tasked with overseeing and leading our operations, expansion and growth across the region. As one of the most cross-functional roles in the organisation, you’ll work closely with other teams and local Country Managers to ensure the successful launch and growth of our regional markets.

In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:

  • Set up the company in regional markets from start to finish, starting off with Malaysia and Thailand
  • Scoping new markets for Qashier to enter; advising and executing on entry and launch strategy
  • Developing strategic partnerships with regulators, key operational and growth partners in these markets
  • Project-managing work-flow to launch the business in a particular country
  • Executing and working with cross-functional teams across HQ and our regional markets; from Operations to Finance, Legal and Compliance, Sales and Marketing, etc
  • Identifying key product, operational, licensing and growth opportunities for Qashier
  • Developing localised playbooks to scale operations and hiring local teams to handover operations after launching

What you should bring along

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in management, growth, consulting or operations, preferably in a fast-growing tech startup
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products/businesses in Southeast Asia
  • Entrepreneurial, with the ability to build something from scratch and taking it from 0 to 1
  • Familiarity with at least 2 markets in Southeast Asia, excluding Singapore (ability to speak the native language is a strong plus)
  • Excellent at organisational and project management skills
  • Strong team player with ability to work closely with others to deliver results
  • Eager to learn and take on tasks outside of the comfort zone

We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company and innovation of Qashier’s products through the development of strategic partnerships.

In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:

Develop, manage and own Qashier’s partnership strategy and ecosystem of partners. Our network of strategic partners include value added resellers, channel distributors, digital agencies, software providers and payment service providers. You will lead the execution and management of our partner relationships. You will also craft strategies, define and structure critical partnerships, facilitate agreements, and cultivate our relationships with our ecosystem of partners.

Work with existing and potential channel partners to grow the business and meet channel sales quota. You’ll identify, recruit and develop new partners and be the primary business contact for Qashier’s channel partners. You’ll provide support to partner sales organisations through training, customer visits, technical and administrative information, demonstrations, or customer price quotes and help drive growth and adoption of Qashier’s products.

Successfully project manage the launch and integration of partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with several teams internally: Product, Marketing, Sales and Account Management to create Qashier’s value proposition for our partners and end customers and ensure a smooth on boarding and launch of new partnership initiatives.

What you should bring along

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales or business development, preferably in a technology company
  • Experience in strategic planning, go-to-market strategy and implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with C-level executives in partner organisations
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:

  • Develop and manage the customer success function, from merchant onboarding to engagement, nurturing and renewals. You’ll be the key driver in developing a scalable customer success process as we grow the company. You’ll help to define the overall customer success strategy, with the aim of maximising merchant lifetime value and minimising churn rate.
  • Be the voice of the merchant internally. You’ll leverage product analytics, monitor customer health, gather useful feedback and pain points from merchants and work closely with the Product, Sales and Operations teams to help enhance and optimise our revolutionary product.
  • Optimising merchant onboarding, training and experience. You’ll build strong product expertise and help merchants achieve their business goals by providing them with useful resources and reliable support. You’ll help build a seamless onboarding process, create effective training materials and ensure an optimal merchant experience throughout the entire merchant lifecycle.

What you should bring along

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B client facing account management/customer success role. Experience in POS/payment systems and/or retail/F&B operations is a plus
  • High degree of empathy towards customer interactions
  • Strong business acumen with good consultative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and comfortable with sales negotiations and closing
  • Strong sense of ownership and results driven

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Inside Sales team. We’ll provide the leads – you’ll meet, pitch and lead negotiations with assigned/prospected merchants to acquire and onboard them unto Qashier. If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of point of sale (POS), payment systems and B2B sales, this role might be for you.

In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:

  • Qualifying inbound leads and generating new sales opportunities through calls, emails, direct sales and referrals.
  • Recommending the best solution to merchants and closing deals: You’ll act as a trusted adviser with each merchant, working with them to establish their business goals and recommending the best solution to achieve those goals. 
  • Assist with onboarding of new merchants: Onboarding of new merchants involve setting up and deploying the Qashier system according to each merchant’s requirements. As the initial point of contact, you’ll be working closely with the Account Management team to onboard new merchants according to their requirements.

What you should bring along

  • Diploma/Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
  • 0-1 year of experience in B2B/SaaS sales and/or POS and payments systems
