We are looking for a passionate individual that can spearhead the growth of the company and lead our merchant acquisition efforts.

In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:

  • Develop, oversee and manage the sales process and team of sales executives. You’ll be the key driver in developing a scalable sales process as we grow the company. You’ll help to define the overall sales strategy and budget and to manage a team of Sales Executives, with the aim of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead a cross functional team across Sales, Partnerships and Marketing. A successful merchant acquiring strategy requires a coordinated effort across multiple functions. You will lead a team across sales, partnerships and marketing and be responsible for accelerating the growth and success of our revolutionary product.
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders, including key merchant accounts and our ecosystem partners. Main goal here is to maintain a strong relationship with the stakeholders needed to successfully scale Qashier across SEA

What you should bring along

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales/merchant acquiring/business development. Experience in point of sale and payment systems and/or retail/F&B operations is a plus
  • Strong track record of leading and managing sales teams
  • Proven ability in building scalable sales processes and systems
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives from end-to-end including defining the vision and strategy, to driving and executing a plan
  • Strong sense of ownership and results driven
  • Passionate about technology, payments and the retail space

We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company and innovation of Qashier’s products through the development of strategic partnerships.

In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:

Develop, manage and own Qashier’s partnership strategy and ecosystem of partners. Our network of strategic partners include value added resellers, channel distributors, digital agencies, software providers and payment service providers. You will lead the execution and management of our partner relationships. You will also craft strategies, define and structure critical partnerships, facilitate agreements, and cultivate our relationships with our ecosystem of partners.

Work with existing and potential channel partners to grow the business and meet channel sales quota. You’ll identify, recruit and develop new partners and be the primary business contact for Qashier’s channel partners. You’ll provide support to partner sales organisations through training, customer visits, technical and administrative information, demonstrations, or customer price quotes and help drive growth and adoption of Qashier’s products.

Successfully project manage the launch and integration of partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with several teams internally: Product, Marketing, Sales and Account Management to create Qashier’s value proposition for our partners and end customers and ensure a smooth on boarding and launch of new partnership initiatives.

What you should bring along

  • 3-4 years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales or business development, preferably in a technology company
  • Experience in strategic planning, go-to-market strategy and implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with C-level executives in partner organisations
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Passionate about technology, fintech and the retail space

We are looking for a passionate individual to lead our Merchant Relationship team and to build up our Customer Success function. If you have strong experience in the area of point of sale/payment systems, B2B sales, and account management/customer success experience, this role might be for you.

In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:

  • Develop and manage the customer success function and team of customer success executives. You’ll be the key driver in developing a scalable customer success process as we grow the company. You’ll help to define the overall customer success strategy, with the aim of maximising merchant lifetime value and minimising churn rate.
  • Be the voice of the merchant internally. You’ll gather useful feedback  and pain points from merchants and work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams to help enhance and optimise our revolutionary product.
  • Optimising merchant onboarding, training and experience. You’ll build strong product expertise and help merchants achieve their business goals by providing them with useful resources and reliable support. You’ll help build a seamless onboarding process, create effective training materials and ensure an optimal merchant experience throughout the entire merchant lifecycle.

What you should bring along

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B/IT sales or in an account management/customer success role. Experience in point of sale/payment systems and/or retail/F&B operations is a plus
  • Strong track record of leading and managing teams

We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company through the generation of new leads and acquiring of new merchants. If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of point of sale, payment systems and B2B sales, this role might be for you.

In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:

Generating new leads and sales opportunities through cold calls and emails, direct sales, referrals – main goal here is to be creative (and daring) in your approach!

Recommending the best solution to merchants and closing deals: You’ll act as a trusted adviser with each merchant, working with them to establish their business goals and recommending the best solution to achieve those goals.

Assist with onboarding of new merchants: Onboarding of new merchants involve setting up and deploying the Qashier system according to each merchant’s requirements. As the initial point of contact, you’ll be working closely with the Account Management team to onboard new merchants according to their requirements.

What you should bring along

  • Diploma/Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B/SaaS sales and/or POS and payments systems
  • Passionate about technology, fintech and the retail space
  • Strong interpersonal skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants
  • Outgoing with good bilingual oral skills (English and Chinese)
  • Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn

We are looking for passionate individuals that can assist in the onboarding of our merchants, keep an eye on their accounts, and advise them on potential new use cases on the Qashier platform. If you have knowledge and keen interest in the area of point of sale and payment systems, B2B sales, and account management/customer success experience, this role might be for you.
 
In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:
  • Onboarding of merchants and deployment of systems: Onboarding of new merchants involve setting up and deploying the Qashier system according to each merchant’s requirements. We are looking for a well organised Account Management Executive that can be a knowledgeable counterpart to guide merchants through the onboarding process and service them throughout their Qashier journey.
  • Managing portfolio of existing merchants: Main focus here is to build strong long-term relationships with the merchants. You’ll be managing your own portfolio of merchants and will be the first point of contact for their inquiries.
  • Leverage upsell opportunities: You’ll be advising merchants on new features and use cases within our platform to drive our upsell opportunity into new features or higher subscriptions and convert existing customers to annual subscriptions.
