The Plan covers the following equipment (collectively, the "Covered Equipment"): (i) the QashierX2 terminal, (ii) the QashierXL terminal ("Covered Device") listed on your Purchase Form, and (iii) the accessories contained inside the original packaging of your Covered Device. Coverage Termระยะเวลาความคุ้มครอง

You may submit an unlimited amount of claims on condition that the Covered Equipment defects identified are due to factory defects. You may submit a maximum of two (2) valid claims during the Coverage Term for accidental damage from handling. What is Not Covered?ไม่ครอบคลุมอะไรบ้าง?

• Wear and tear, scratches, and cosmetic issues from normal usage.การสึกหรอ รอยขีดข่วน และปัญหาด้านสภาพภายนอกจากการใช้งานปกติ
• Lost or stolen Covered Equipment.อุปกรณ์ที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย
• Intentional damage, misuse, or attempting to repair the Covered Equipment yourself.ความเสียหายโดยเจตนา การใช้งานในทางที่ผิด หรือการพยายามซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองด้วยตัวเอง
• Natural disasters or other external causes.ภัยธรรมชาติหรือสาเหตุภายนอกอื่นๆ

Conditions of Claimsเงื่อนไขการยื่นคำร้อง

To receive service under the Plan, you are required to fulfil the following conditions:เพื่อรับบริการภายใต้แผนบริการ คุณจำเป็นต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้:

Cancellationการยกเลิก

Once you purchase the Plan, you cannot cancel the purchase or request a refund. You may obtain service or Customer Support by calling Qashier's general line, live chat, or email.
