My name is Earn. I’m the owner of Nail & Me Nail Bar. My business has been in operation for seven years now.

Qashier POS solutions are designed for merchants like me.

I consulted with Qashier on the needs of my nail salon business, and they customised the Qashier POS’ functions to fit those needs.

On the day the QashierX1 arrived at my doorstep, I just unboxed it, powered it on, and all the important information I needed was already in the system.

Nail & Me’s customers are varied, from kids to college students, to those who are of working age, and adults. Because everyone deserves to have beautiful and colourful nails.

Our most popular services are the nail spa. It makes them feel relaxed. Also manicure, pedicure, nail and cuticle trim including nail polish. Most teenagers prefer gel nail polish over the standard polish. Gel polish is shinier than the standard version.

The Qashier customer relationship management system helps keep track of names, phone numbers, addresses, and emails. The function allows us to create store credit and packages for our customers.

For example, if a customer loves the gel polish treatment they can purchase a package of five treatments and get the sixth free.

Being able to offer store credit, also means the customer can purchase 5,000 baht of credit but will get services and products 6,000 baht in value.

Qashier’s local customer support has provided excellent service. We have a LINE chat group together, and if ever I need help they will solve the problem at once.
