Ceramic lovers in Thailand must not miss out on Cone No.9, a cafe in Ekkamai Soi 15 where you can have a cup of coffee while you work, and admire its warm interior adorned with ceramic sculptures.
Ms. Mint Waramon Chunchatprasert owner of Cone No.9 talks about the growth of her business and how Qashier has streamlined her processes along the way,
“Having run a business for a while now, we see the importance of taking stock of our products. Managing our stock is very easy with the Qashier system. The process is smooth and easy for our staff too. The interface design is very nice and easy to use.”
She also spoke about QashierXL’s customer facing screens and how it has brought another aspect of marketing to Cone No.9, “The payment feature is very useful. Customers can make a payment by scanning a QR code in front of the cashier. Moreover, we can customise our receipts with a QR code that customers can scan for our IG.”
If you’re ever in the area, Cone No 9 is open everyday, and conducts ceramic pottery and painting workshop on weekends.

My name is “Mint” Waramon Chonnnchartprasert. I have been running Cone Number 9 for eight years now.
Having run a business for a while now, we see the importance of taking stock of our products. Managing our stock is very easy with the Qashier system. The process is smooth and easy for our staff too.
Our ceramic factory is in Lampung, and has been running for over 20 years. There we set the ceramic colour scheme character to cone 9. “Cone 9” is the temperature ceramics are heated to, so that’s the meaning behind our name Cone Number 9.
A cup is a part of our everyday life. So our products are designed with different kinds of drinks and sizes in mind to pair with different beverages.
For the plates and tableware, we design them to bring colour. The unique customer pottery pieces adds a personal touch to your dining table setup and transforms the everyday dining experience to something much more enjoyable and special.
Our ceramic factory is in Lampang. We can’t bring everyone up there for the activities. So we arrange small workshops here in our shop. We have a ceramic painting class. In the future we will have a ceramic pottery class, and it will be a regular class here in our shop.
Our cafe is open everyday. You can come for a cuppa and even work over coffee if you want. Our ceramic pottery and painting workshops are open every Saturday and Sunday.
Qashier POS’ interface design is very nice and easy to use. Apart from the design, the payment feature is very useful. Customers can make a payment by scanning a QR code in front screen of the cashier terminal. Moreover, we can customise our receipts with a QR code that customers can scan for our IG.
This is so intuitive and fast!
