For warranty, please get in touch with support@qashier.com.<\/span><br><\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Transaction inactivity: Qashier reserves the right to claw back the hardware (QashierPay Soundbox + data sim) if the merchant does not transact a minimum of 20 transactions within 60 days of QashierPay Soundbox activation.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Payout withholding: For verification and security purposes, Qashier reserves the right to withhold payout if the merchant fails to submit a copy of their bank statement and a photo of their storefront within 7 days.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Qashier reserves the right to modify or amend this Terms and Conditions policy at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on Qashier&#8217;s official website and all its sub-domains.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soundbox Clawback Policy <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Effective Date: 1 May 2024<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Hardware Provision:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>1.1 The QashierPay Soundbox payment terminal and data-sim card (\u201chardware\u201d) provided by Qashier Sdn. Bhd. (&#8220;Qashier&#8221;) to the recipient (&#8220;Recipient&#8221;) is intended for use in conjunction with Qashier&#8217;s services.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Clawback Right:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>2.1 Qashier reserves the right to claw back any provided hardware at its discretion, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>a. Transaction inactivity: If the Recipient does not transact a minimum of 20 transactions within 60 days of Soundbox activation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>b. Breach of Agreement: In the event of any breach of the agreement between Qashier and the Recipient.<\/div>\n<div>c. Business Closure: If the Recipient ceases its business operations.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Return of Hardware:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>3.1 In the instances outlined in section 2, the Recipient agrees to promptly ready the provided hardware for retrieval by Qashier.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Conditions of Return:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>4.1 The retrieved hardware must be in good working condition, free from any damage caused by negligence or misuse.<\/div>\n<div>4.2 Any cost of missing or ineffective components will be incurred by the Recipient upon confirmation by Qashier.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Communication:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>5.1 Qashier will notify the Recipient of its intent to claw back hardware via the contact information provided by the Recipient.<\/div>\n<div>5.2 The Recipient has seven days from the date of notification to ready the hardware in good condition for retrieval by Qashier.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Discretionary Exception:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>6.1 Qashier may, at its sole discretion, exempt certain cases from the clawback policy based on mutual agreement with the Recipient.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Policy Amendments:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>7.1 Qashier reserves the right to modify or amend this Soundbox Clawback Policy at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on Qashier&#8217;s official website and all its sub-domains.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>By accepting the hardware provided by Qashier, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms outlined in these terms and conditions.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>Soundbox Payout Withholding Policy <\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Effective Date: 2 May 2024<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Payout Activation Requirements:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>1.1 To activate payouts from Qashier Sdn. Bhd. (&#8220;Qashier&#8221;), the recipient (&#8220;Recipient&#8221;) is required to provide specific documentation, including a storefront photo and a screenshot of their bank statement.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Photo and Bank Statement Submission:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>2.1 The Recipient must submit a clear storefront photo, displaying the exterior of their business premises, and a screenshot of their bank statement through the designated activation portal or communication channel provided by Qashier.<\/div>\n<div>2.2 The submitted storefront photo should be recent, unaltered, and accurately represent the business location.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Activation Deadline:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>3.1 The Recipient acknowledges that the submission of the required documentation is time-sensitive and must be completed within seven days from the date of the activation request.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Payout Withholding:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>4.1 Failure to submit the necessary documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the withholding of payouts by Qashier.<\/div>\n<div>4.2 The withholding will continue until the Recipient provides the required documentation.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Documentation Review:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>5.1 Qashier reserves the right to review and verify the authenticity of the submitted documentation.<\/div>\n<div>5.2 In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies, Qashier may request additional information or clarification from the Recipient.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Resumption of Payouts:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>6.1 Payouts will resume once Qashier has successfully verified and approved the submitted storefront photo and bank statement screenshot.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li data-list=\"number\">\n<div>Policy Amendments:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>7.1 Qashier reserves the right to modify or amend this Payout Withholding Policy at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on Qashier&#8217;s official website.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>By accepting payouts from Qashier, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms outlined in this Payout Withholding Policy.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions: QashierPay Soundbox Claim for RM239 (QashierPay Soundbox with data SIM) : Merchant receives QashierPay Soundbox and a compatible data SIM for RM0 (worth RM380).
